Force theory is the way of instituting a new government or a country by using force. This process includes a group of people going into an area and compelling everyone else inside that area yield to the new government and its social system. On the contrary, the state of nature is a notion that is used in political and moral philosophy, social contract theories, international law and religion to indicate the theoretical situation of what it might have been like for people to live before societies became existent.
