First you had to rewrite the problem down.

Rewrite [tex]2*2=2^2=4[/tex]

Rewrite [tex]3*2=6[/tex]

[tex]2*3a+2*2[/tex]

Finally you had to write it down the factor out by the common term of two.

[tex]2(3a+2)[/tex]

Final answer: [tex]\boxed{2(3a+2)}[/tex]

Hope this helps!

And thank you for posting your question at here on brainly, and have a great day.
