The Answer is the last one, Linear, and the constant growth rate is $0.65 per minute.

The way to figure this out is to take $13.25 and subtract it by $6.75  which would make $6.50 which you'd want to divide by the number of minutes which is 10 so that'd make it growing $0.65 a minute.
