All right, the cell cycle Is the period of time from the beginning of one cell division to the beginning of the next. In other words, It's a series of biological events that Cells go through as they grow and divide. So before a Cell can grow and divide, it needs primarily foodstuffs for growth and regulation by going through through the 3 main phases: G1 (Growth Phase 1), S (Synthesis Stage) and G2 (Growth Phase 2).
