You don't have any choices for this, but no matter.  We can figure it out anyway.  The standard form of a circle is [tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex], where h is the x coordinate of the center and k is the y coordinate of the center.  Our h is -3 and our k is 2, with r = 2.  Filling in, we have [tex](x-(-3))^2+(y-2)^2=2^2[/tex].  Simplifying we have [tex](x+3)^2+(y-2)^2=4[/tex].  That's the equation you're looking for.
