According to US Census Bureau's Current Population Survey, the rate has declined since 1962. During this year, 90% of people in the age of 30 and half of people aged 21 years old. During 2016, the rate of people in the age of 30 declined to 53.3% and the rate of people aged 21 years decreased to 8.5%.
