There is also evidence that they may not have the same capacity to multiply as embryonic stem cells do. Hope this helps :)

Yes!!! The difference is in which genes are expressed. Specialized cells (like say your skin cells) express only those genes that are needed to be a skin cell. Stem cells are pleuripotic - they can still become anything!!
