There are 13 possible values of [tex]X[/tex], and each has a probability of [tex]\dfrac1{13}[/tex] of occurring. So

[tex]\mathbb P(X\ge10)=\mathbb P(X=10)+\mathbb P(X=11)+\mathbb P(X=12)=\dfrac3{13}[/tex]
